Your first step into Europe
We build the digital sales layer for compact household items: websites, stores, marketplace listings and advertising.
FERMA DIGITAL is a market-entry service for Chinese manufacturers and brands of compact household items — including OEM and ODM producers — covering drawer organisers, bathroom holders, manual cleaning brushes and similar everyday products. It is built for factories and brands with no EU sales yet, or with their first trial orders already running. You bring the products and the facts; we build the European digital presence around them.
For importers, distributors, retail chains, online sellers and private-label buyers.
An English product or range page that presents specifications, materials and ordering conditions clearly, with an enquiry form so European buyers can contact you directly.
A standard store where EU customers browse the catalogue, add items to the cart and pay, with standard payment and shipping set up and delivery rules defined in advance.
Listings prepared for an EU marketplace: titles, descriptions, attributes and images adapted to the platform, the category and the target country, then submitted for review.
Campaigns on one advertising platform, built from your own materials, with tracking, a management period and a short written report on what was tested and observed.

Discuss This PackageThe sequence is short and repeatable. Each step has a clear output before the next one starts.
1
Send your catalogue and a short description of where you stand today: no EU sales yet, or a first trial order running.
2
We confirm the package, the exact deliverables and whether the target channel is B2B enquiries or B2C sales.
3
Production runs against the agreed scope and your materials, with one revision round built into one-time packages.
4
You receive the report and the access to your own accounts, then decide what to extend, change or stop.
Most first projects start narrow: one product range or a limited SKU set, one country, one channel. Expand only after you have seen what actually happened. Nothing in the first round commits you to a full EU rollout.
These sit outside the five packages. Each one is scoped and priced for your situation — open an item to see what it covers, then ask for a quote.
Category and competitor review, target-country selection, price-positioning observations and a written launch plan with priorities and a realistic sequence.

Here are the answers we give to the most common questions before the first order, in plain terms.
Everyday items that are easy to describe, photograph and ship: drawer organisers and storage boxes, bathroom holders and racks, manual cleaning brushes, and wardrobe organisers. The freight cost per unit has to stay low enough for EU delivery to make sense, and the specifications and materials have to be clear. Send the catalogue and we will tell you which lines hold up.
Yes. If you already have a working site or store, we start from what is there: review it, list what European buyers are missing and adapt the parts that need it. Ads Management is built for exactly this situation and expects a finished, working setup that you own. An unfinished or broken site is not part of a fixed package — that gets quoted separately.
The catalogue comes first — a PDF, a spreadsheet or a link is enough to start. After that: specifications, materials and dimensions, packaging data, product images, and any test reports or certificates you already hold, plus domain and account access when the work begins. Send what you have; we will tell you what is missing rather than waiting for a perfect file.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Advertising spend, domain, hosting, email, marketplace and payment-provider fees are billed separately, and logistics and fulfilment are quoted on their own. In the first round we usually recommend the smallest sensible scope, so the additional lines stay visible from the start.
Product Page is planned at 5–7 business days, Launch Test preparation at 7–10 business days plus 14 calendar days of ads management, Marketplace Start and Online Store at 10–15. Ads Management runs month to month. Every timeline starts after the scope, the payment and all materials and access are in place, and excludes marketplace and payment-provider review time.
No. We build and manage the channel exactly as agreed; results depend on your products, pricing, capacity and the market itself. Marketplace listings and payments also depend on the platform's own approval, which nobody can promise in advance. What we do commit to is the agreed scope, the timeline for our own work, and a written report of what was tested and what was observed.
Tell us what you manufacture and where you stand with EU sales today. We reply with a recommendation on scope and package — and, where useful, what to leave out of the first round.
